Peace of Mind in a Stressful Time

David began working for a General Contractor as a teenager and has continued to learn and practice building applications throughout his lifetime. Professional knowledge of property management and development, in addition to his hands-on experience in construction, gives David an advantage in the Home Inspection industry.

A career in home inspection brings a little something different every single day and that’s just one aspect of the job that David grew fond of from the very beginning. David enjoys the challenge of evaluating homes in the Four Corners area that vary so significantly in age, style, and the way in which they’re built—but most of all, he loves to help clients from many different walks of life find peace of mind when making one of the most impactful decisions of their lives.

A Home Inspector’s Duty

The way David sees it, his most important duty is to help his clients familiarize themselves with a home as much as possible before a real estate transaction is finalized—and this is how he does it:

Before he ever sets foot on a property, David makes sure that his clients know they’re welcome to follow along during the inspection, providing direct visual confirmation of any problem areas that are discovered.

An inspection report will be delivered within a timely manner that will summarize the condition of each visible and readily accessible area of the home.

If you have any questions after looking through your inspection report, David is available by phone and email to help answer any questions you might have.

When he’s not inspecting homes, David is most often found spending quality time with his loving wife Gena, his dog Mojo, his family, and his wonderful group of friends. Otherwise, David loves the outdoors, and he stays physically active through a variety of outdoor activities. David also volunteers time to his local hospital, the Durango Adaptive Sports Association, and the La Plata County Humane Society.
